In short

Who are we?

LINK — Legal Integration & Networking for Knowledge — is an independent organisation founded in Moldova in 2025, bringing together lawyers, researchers, educators and civic practitioners.

What do we do?

We produce policy research and analysis, deliver civic and professional education, provide legal services and mediation, and build cooperation networks across the EU, the Eastern Partnership, the Caucasus and Central Asia.

Why do we do it?

Legal integration and democratic reform only hold when they are understood and owned locally. We turn complex legal and policy processes into knowledge institutions and citizens can act on.

Why should you trust us?

We work transparently and independently, publish our methodology alongside our findings, and deliver with partners such as the COS Academy network across several countries.

Mission

LINK develops and conducts educational programs, academic and professional trainings, AI solutions, policy analysis, community building and networking, research, legal services, mediation, institutional transition support, European integration work, international diplomacy, impact assessment, capacity building, and financial, societal and informational resilience.

Cross-cutting principles

Equality

We design every programme, publication and service to be accessible regardless of gender, age, origin, ability or social status, and we make sure under-represented voices take part in the work, not only benefit from it.

Transparency

We publish our methodology together with our findings, state who funds and partners on each initiative, and keep our decisions, criteria and results open to scrutiny.

Accountability

We commit to measurable objectives, evaluate our own results as rigorously as we evaluate institutions, and correct course publicly when evidence shows we should.
